Norman Rourke Pryme are delighted to have been appointed by Stanhope Plc as project manager’s for the design development stages at Elwick Road, Ashford, Kent.
The project is to create a leisure complex which will include a 58 bed hotel, 980 seat multiplex cinema eight A3 units ( 35,000 ft2 ) and various restaurants with associated car park facilities.
The development site is located in the historic market site adjacent to main high speed line which serves Eurostar.
The other consultants are Guy Hollaway Architects (architect), Gillespies (landscape architect), Waterman (structural engineer), Cudd Bentley (services engineer) and Lendlease (construction managers).
