Works have recently completed at Midland House in Oxford, where NRP acted as project manager, employers agent and cost consultant for British Airways Pension Trustees Ltd. Working alongside TFT, Nick Perry and Scott Browning Architects.
This Cat A refurbishment was delivered on time and on budget, including improved common areas and an overhaul of the external facade. The completed Cat A space is now occupied by one of the UKs largest house builders, Redrow Homes as their regional office.
These works transformed the tired, unremarkable existing entrance to the property, providing a modern eye-catching focal entry to the property for both visitors and occupiers, reflecting the calibre of the tenants which also include one of the top 100 UK law firms and a national opticians.
