Celebrating 10 Years of NRP Transport & Engineering Excellence!

In September 2025 the NRP Transport & Engineering team celebrated a major milestone — 10 years of shaping how people move, connecting communities and delivering innovative, inclusive and sustainable transport solutions.

Since its inception in 2015, the team has grown to over 40 talented professionals, bringing together technical expertise, creativity and a commitment to delivering practical, effective solutions. From transport planning and traffic engineering to modelling and infrastructure design, our work has improved safety, efficiency and accessibility across towns, cities and communities.

Over the past decade the team has delivered landmark, award-winning projects across multiple sectors, from complex transport networks to transformative placemaking schemes.

Here are 10 key projects to reflect 10 amazing years

• London’s West End – revitalising some of London’s most iconic retail streets and cultural destinations, including Bond Street, Regent Street, and Oxford Street, with improved accessibility, reduced traffic and new public spaces.
• Strand Aldwych – transforming the historic space from a congested, inaccessible gyratory to a vibrant, traffic free, exemplar public realm.
• Bank Junction – redesigning the City of London’s notable intersection to prioritise walking and cycling safety and amenity, bus reliability, and improved air quality.
• Baker Street Two Way – reimagining an outdated motor traffic corridor to create an enhanced sense of place and a more pedestrian friendly, high-street environment.
• Enfield Town Liveable Neighbourhood – delivering a sustainable, people-focused town centre with improved active travel and public realm.
• Holborn Emergency Response Schemes – delivering major cycle safety improvements in response to fatalities, creating safer and more accessible streets for all.
• Westfield Avenue – transforming a former carriageway designed for the Olympic Games into a high-quality, people-first corridor for walking, wheeling and cycling, and sustainable travel.
• Dulwich Village Streets for People – transforming a traffic-dominated junction into a vibrant, pedestrian-first destination with new public spaces, green infrastructure, and active travel routes.
• Wolvershill New Community – extensive transport modelling and vision-led transport planning to shape a new sustainable neighbourhood of over 3,000 homes in North Somerset.
• Houghton Barton New Community – shaping sustainable transport for a new 1,000 home neighbourhood in Devon.

As the team looks to the future, it will continue to embrace new technologies, champion sustainable transport solutions, and support clients and communities with the same dedication that has defined the last 10 years.
