We are pleased to announce that NRP has expanded its service offering to include electric vehicle charging infrastructure consultancy, and project management.
As the demand for sustainable transport solutions grows, we are committed to supporting local authorities and organisations in delivering critical infrastructure efficiently.
NRP’s Jane Russell FIMI has led our initial efforts in this sector, working closely with Enfield Council to secure and finalise a significant contract with char.gy. This partnership will see the installation of 1,000 EV chargers into existing street lamp columns across the borough.
Jane ensured the delivery of the initial locations was completed on schedule, with the very first charger installed just before the Christmas break. This initiative focuses on providing a practical solution for residents without driveways, offering low-speed, low-cost charging for long stay or overnight charging.
This project represents a significant step forward in making EV ownership more accessible for urban residents and local businesses and we look forward to continuing our work with Enfield Council and the their wider EV charging infrastructure strategy.
