The 2025 London Real Estate Forum was held at the Guildhall in the City of London, under the theme ‘partnership’

LREF 2025 took a deep dive into the question of what true and productive partnership in real estate means, and how it can underpin all our work across London and beyond.

2,000 leaders investing in London across the public and private sector met at the Guildhall on 17 September 2025 to be a partner in the conversation.

NRP’s CEO, Matthew Kennedy, had the privilege of delivering a short address at the opening breakfast reception.
