Can the practicalities of Vision-Led Planning deliver real change?

This was the central question at the Transport Development Planning Conference on 4th December in London, of which NRP were proud sponsors.

David Knight , Richard Wightman and Hadley Dickinson-Lovett were delighted to attend on behalf of NRP. It was particularly inspiring to see David chair a vital session on “Making the best use of quality data and analysis to provide confidence in the vision”… his session highlighted that while vision is crucial, it must be supported by robust evidence and the correct use of data to truly succeed.

NRP’s key takeaways from the event are clear: We’re building momentum in Vision-Led Transport Planning, and, at its core, transport planning is about People, Journeys, and Places, all working towards the ultimate goal of accessibility.
