Westfield Avenue public realm improvement scheme enters construction phase

NRP are thrilled to announce that the Westfield Avenue public realm improvement scheme has officially entered the construction phase. Our pride in this achievement extends to our partners at LDA Design. LDA Design played a pivotal role in creating the initial concept design, shaping the vision and purpose of the project. Resulting in delivering greening, placemaking and active travel improvements to this key street, linking Stratford and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Collaboratively with LLDC, London Borough of Newham, Transport for London, and other key stakeholders, we’ve successfully propelled this ambitious scheme from inception to construction. NRP’s transport, project management and highways design team and LDA Design have together navigated the project’s journey from conceptualisation to the detailed design phase on behalf of London Borough of Newham.

Kenson Highways has been appointed by Newham Council to undertake the construction. Together, we look forward to witnessing the positive impact of this transformative project on the local community and the broader urban landscape.
