NRP were appointed for project management, contract administration and cost CDM co-ordination of this new build development consists of two three-storey detached dwellings with double basement accommodation and associated landscaping.
The build incorporates 6 bedrooms, a cinema, swimming pool, wine tasting room and cellar, car lift to basement parking (with turntable), gymnasium, shower room, salon area, staff accommodation, catering and family kitchen, library/study, sauna and steam rooms. The traditional form of contract was procured using a two stage tender which enabled an initial start on site whilst the design was completed.
