norman rourke pryme provided cost consultancy services to Cathay Pacific for an extremely high quality fit-out and refurbishment to the “Airside” first class and business class lounges at London Heathrow’s Terminal Three (T3). The development had demanding time constraints and quality specifications. The project included involvement with Cathay Pacific as the tenant and client and BAA as owner/landlord.
