norman rourke pryme were appointed to project manage the Category “A “ refurbishment of vacant suites and all common areas at the Coliseum business centre with existing tenants in occupation. The work was completed in four phases to minimise disruption. Works included a new reception, external canopy and provision of heating/cooling capacity for the future expansion and refurbishment of the whole building.
