FELTONFLEET SCHOOL, SURREY

The project comprises the construction of a new single storey performing arts centre incorporating a performance hall, dance studio, offices, reception and toilet facilities all in traditional construction.

The building also incorporates a new school reception with a glazed entrance walkway to the existing facilities. The building is located within a woodland area with extensive tree protection works.

The project is negotiated on the basis of a JCT Design and Build Contract.
