norman rourke pryme were appointed as project managers for the demolition of an existing showroom and workshop in phases whilst the business still operated on the site with removal of all existing cladding and internal floors to construct a new Mercedes Benz and Smart Showrooms with integral workshop and wash bays. norman rourke pryme’s role encompassed the employer’s agent, contract administrator, client’s project management and management of clients own direct suppliers.
