norman rourke pryme were appointed to monitor the construction of the Sheltered Housing, Retail and Commercial Units constructed by the developer on behalf of the client along with the construction of surface water filtration ponds. Role included producing a Performance Specification to monitor both the design and works and agree variation costs.

The Project is situated on the southern boundary of the heritage village of Norton St Philip and presented a difficult challenge to obtain planning permission even though the existing site was a burnt out chicken processing plant. Adam Architects used their knowledge of historic architecture as well as replicating details and complete buildings to create a scheme which was acceptable
to the planners.

Each of the residential units are bespoke and individually designed to the occupying owner’s requirements.
