norman rourke pryme assisted the College in obtaining the funding from the Learning Skills Council (LSC) for their new campus masterplan. The project initially comprised two phases but was subsequently reduced to a single phase following reduced funding.
The project comprises a 26,000m2 development of the following:
- a new teaching block including specialist facilities for health and beauty and ICT
- a new sports centre with an 8 court sports hall, gymnasium, and teaching facilities.
- a refurbished theatre complex with two theatres, dance rehearsal studios and specialist recording studios.
norman rourke pryme provided project management services managing the design team and administering the building contract and provided cost management services to ensure the project was delivered within the parameters of the funding agreement.
