NRP was appointed as the Project Manager/Project Coordinator for the design development phase of a significant commercial redevelopment project on a brownfield site located at Elwick Road, Ashford, Kent.
The development site is located close to the centre of the historic market town and next to the main high speed line which serves Eurostar.
This ambitious project is set to transform the area into a dynamic leisure destination. It will feature a modern 58-bed hotel, providing convenient accommodation for visitors. Alongside, a spacious 980-seat multiplex cinema promises to offer diverse entertainment options, catering to the community and attracting tourists alike. Additionally, a variety of restaurants will complement the complex, offering a range of culinary experiences.
