This project on Berwick Street includes a 3 buildings row, featuring office suites and retail units.
The existing retail units are all accessed directly from Berwick Street. Among these units, two are designated for retail purposes, and third unit operates as a café.
NRP has been appointed as a Cost Consultant and a Project Manager. We oversaw the financial planning and coordination of the project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.
The proposed works retained the 84 Berwick Street retail unit in occupation throughout the project, ensuring that the business can continue to operate without interruption while the construction and renovations are being carried out. The 83 Berwick Street retail unit has been refurbished, allowing the current tenants to return to an updated and improved space, while the other unit has been extended and reconfigured to welcome the new food / beverage tenant.
The offices located on the first to fifth floors have been stripped out, featuring a new entrance of Livonia Street, which provided a double- height entrance lobby with new rear staircase, communal WCs, communal lift and basement storage/plant space. The existing small office units have been amalgamated to provide larger lateral floorplans more suitable for tenants requirements in such a central location.
