Project summary
NRP provided cost management and employer’s agent services on the refurbishment of these existing historic and contemporary office buildings set in beautiful gardens and parkland right in the heart of Slough.
The project delivered a premium selection of 50 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, each designed with high-quality finishes and modern amenities. In addition to the private living spaces, residents can enjoy a communal gym and beautifully landscaped gardens that provide a serene outdoor retreat. These thoughtfully designed apartments and shared facilities create a vibrant and comfortable living environment for all residents.
