Project summary
NRP were involved in a complete revitalisation of the Maplewood Building in Birmingham.
Transforming it into high-quality Cat A office accommodation through extensive renovation, including design completion, significant alterations, adaptations, and refurbishment.
One of the key features was relocating the existing front entrance to create new full-height glazed entrance. Inside, new walkways were added to the first and second floors to improve access and flow. The refurbishment also included a brand-new office reception and a spacious atrium area to enhance the building’s functionality and appeal. Additionally, the project encompassed various external works to complement the internal transformations and ensure the entire site met the highest standards.
