Project summary
NRP acted as a cost management consultant for the Orion Park project located in Ealing, London.
A mixed-use development that encompasses residential apartments, retail and commercial offices. The proposed development comprised 56 private apartments spread across four buildings over six, five, four and three floors; twenty affordable apartments in one building over four floors with retail and commercial offices over two floors along the main frontage.
The long and narrow site bordered the London underground line and was formally of light industrial, office and retail.
