Agnieszka has a combined experience of 10 years within the industry. She is a highly motivated Chartered Engineer and Principal Project Manager, with a background in traffic engineering and traffic modelling as well as highways design and transport planning.
Agnieszka has a wide range of skills in project management with a particular aptitude for project control, programming, cost control and risk management and plays a key role in project delivery and has successfully supported client and design teams in accomplishing project goals.
She received an Award from Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT) for the Outstanding Performance at the Professional Review and was subsequently featured by the Engineering Council (Case Study article), CIHT (CIHT article for the International Women in Engineering Day) and CIHT Transport professional magazine. She was also nominated by CIHT for the Karen Burt Award. She is a STEM ambassador and a member of CIHT CPD Panel. She was a guest speaker at the CIHT Young Professional Summit 2022 and also CIHT CPD webinar.
