Andrew has a robust professional understanding of technical and contractual procedures with the JCT suite of contracts and has also gained experience with the NEC3/4 suite of contracts. Furthermore, Andrew has a broad breadth of knowledge and experience of construction techniques from traditional builds to Modular and Volumetric construction.

He has built on his Project Management and Cost Control experience since joining the NRP and has displayed proficiency in enacted the roles of; Employer’s Agent for both commercial and residential projects, Contract Administer for Residential projects, as well as Commercial Management and Cost Control at Pre- and Post- Contract stages for both Residential new builds and Commercial refurbishments. He has worked on a wide range of projects in residential from high end developments to Housing association projects and in commercial settings for both the private and public sector clients.

Additionally, during his tenor as an Estates Manager for a large Multi Academy Trust of 21 schools, Andrew gained significant experience of working with the Department for Education to generate funding to deliver large Capital projects.
