Ashley is currently managing high-profile public sector programmes and projects for a local authority in inner London. Ashley is a reliable and adaptable professional with a positive, can-do approach and excellent communication skills.

Prior to joining NRP, her work experience in London was as a contractor in a scheme engineer role, overseeing reactive maintenance works and delivering public realm schemes for a London borough. She has also worked as a piling contract engineer; supervising piling works on commercial development sites. Ashley’s background in New Zealand was as an engineering geologist in the ground engineering team at a large international engineering consultancy.

Her project experience ranges from small geographically isolated sites with one design component to large multidisciplinary alliance projects in busy high-density cities. Disciplines she has delivered projects in include highways, transport, water, power, buildings, environmental, geothermal and mining.
