Chris is a Director at NRP with over twenty years’ experience leading infrastructure asset management, advisory, and transformation programmes across the UK and internationally.
A specialist in strategic asset management, Chris has worked with more than 100 highways, rail, and property organisations to enhance performance, governance, and investment planning. His expertise covers ISO 55000 implementation, enterprise asset management systems, and long-term asset optimisation.
Prior to joining NRP, Chris held senior roles in both local government and consultancy, overseeing capital and revenue budgets exceeding £40 million and leading multi-disciplinary teams through major asset management improvement programmes. His portfolio includes projects for National Highways, Heathrow Airport, and Glasgow City Council.
Chris holds an MSc in Highway Engineering Management and is a Member of the Institute of Asset Management (MIAM) and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (MCIHT).
