Conor is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 11 years’ experience in highway engineering, active travel design and transport planning, working extensively with local authorities and public sector clients across London and the UK.
His work includes the development and assessment of active travel routes, high street and town centre public realm improvements, major bus priority corridors, safety‑led junction schemes and multimodal corridor studies. Conor has strong technical expertise in applying national and London‑specific guidance including LTN 1/20, Manual for Streets 1 & 2, TfL, DFT and Active Travel England design tools and guidance.
Conor is recognised for his effective leadership of multidisciplinary design projects and his ability to manage complex stakeholder environments. He has a strong track record delivering high‑profile and community‑focused schemes, leading projects from early concept development through public consultation, detailed design and implementation. His engineering background and collaborative approach supports the delivery of safe, sustainable and high‑quality transport and public realm solutions.
