Cristina’s career began as a Junior Engineer, where she honed her skills in quality assurance and site control. Progressing through roles as Contract Engineer, Project Engineer, and Construction Manager, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.

Her commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget is evident in her role as Construction Manager, where she has led teams through all phases of construction, from enabling works to handover. Cristina’s ability to collaborate with commercial teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements has made her an invaluable asset to the projects she has overseen.

As a Project Engineer, Cristina played a key role in the pre-construction stage, coordinating temporary works and liaising with various bodies for third-party approvals. Her responsibilities have also included programme development, Health and Safety management, and resource management as a Project Manager.
