Dimitra also has experience with the construction of an industrial steel frame buildings, soft landscaping and projects relating to water supply networks, irrigation network system etc. An adaptable and flexible person, eager to constantly challenge and utilise her civil engineering and project management knowledge.

Since joining NRP, Dimitra has been engaged by local authority clients to undertake contract and project management duties, typically supporting more senior member of NRP staff.

Able to draw on her engineering background, Dimitra can provide targeted advice as well as fully appreciate, record, and convey the context of technical discussions within more general project management duties.

In addition to standard PM duties (programme, meetings, minutes etc), Dimitra has also contributed to NRP’s quantity surveying offer by providing take-offs from technical drawings and using NRP’s library of rates to provide budget estimates for schemes. Also familiar with administration of the NEC4 TSC and ECC forms of contract, maintaining contractual communication registers, tracking and chasing responses and issuing communications drafted by the Project/Service Manager.
