Efthymios is a dedicated Fellow member of the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT). His professional qualifications also extend internationally, as he holds the esteemed titles of Chartered Engineer (CEng) from the Engineering Council and European Engineer (EUR-ING) from the European Federation of National Engineering Associations (FEANI).

Efthymios specializes in traffic modelling, boasting a decade’s worth of expertise in deterministic, microsimulation, and strategic modelling. He has closely collaborated with Transport for London (TfL), overseeing the development and management of various schemes. His experience includes successfully navigating modelling through TfL’s Model Audit and PCAM process, resulting in multiple scheme approvals.

Efthymios is equally proficient in traffic and highway design, managing road traffic, modern signal control systems, and designing complicated road networks, traffic junctions, traffic signals, bus priority arrangements, as well as pedestrian and cycle facilities. He brings extensive experience to scheme development, optioneering, and the analysis of streetscape, public realm, cycle infrastructure, and traffic capacity management projects.

In addition to his technical capabilities, Efthymios possesses a strong background in project management, resource allocation, project finance, budgeting, work delegation, and program development, all of which are pivotal for ensuring successful project delivery. He has adeptly prepared fee proposals and actively participated in project bidding for numerous schemes. Efthymios has led significant, high-profile projects, some with fees exceeding £300k for feasibility studies and multimillion-pound total project cost. His client-centric approach guarantees that all projects align seamlessly with and fulfil the clients’ objectives.
