Hadley also has further extensive development planning experience having worked on projects involving the use of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans. This experience gives Hadley a well-rounded approach to current and future transport planning challenges.

Hadley has played a pivotal role in several high-profile development planning and traffic engineering projects for both the private and public sector including the NHS, University of the West of England, Bloor Homes, Lincolnshire County Council and Buckinghamshire County Council. This involvement has resulted in Hadley becoming instrumental in the delivery of a range of high-quality project outputs at a regional, sub-regional, county and district level where he continues to demonstrate a high level of dependability, flexibility and eagerness to respond to various project needs to ensure the highest quality outcomes.

Hadley has comprehensive knowledge and practical experience of UK traffic design and modelling guidance, including but not limited to the following:

• Manual for Streets, Manual for Streets 2;
• Various local authorities’ Highway Design Guidance;
• DfT Design Manual for Roads and Bridges;
• Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions;
• DfT guidelines for the use of microsimulation software; and
• Traffic Signs Manual.
