Isaac is a highly experienced chartered civil engineer and project manager overseeing the design, procurement and delivery of a range of highway infrastructure, public realm and maintenance schemes valued from £5k to £50m.
Isaac has excellent working knowledge of British Standards, DMRB, MCHW, TSRGD, MfS, Traffic Signs Manual, CDM15 and a specialist in procurement and contract management using the NEC suite of contracts (NEC3&4), is experienced in the full life cycle of projects from the feasibility stage, through detailed design, procurement, site supervision, project and contract management on site and completion and has excellent stakeholder and public management skills for the delivery of schemes including complex multi-authority projects where interfaces between highway / rail / planning / environmental / heritage considerations are required.
