Jack is a PMO Consultant with an impressive background in finance, recruitment, and, most notably, in the Highways and Civil Engineering sectors. His career began with a focus on payroll and accounts, laying a solid foundation in finance and bookkeeping.
Jack’s experience collaborating with our London Borough clients as a PMO consultant makes him instrumental in supporting project managers in delivering key active travel and public realm projects. His responsibilities extend from establishing new systems and processes in the Programme Management Office, leading CPD training, to managing finance forecasts and a neutral vendor procurement system.
