Joel has over 15 years of professional experience in both the private and public sectors and has worked on a wide range of transport and highways projects.
Joel is an Associate Director in NRP’s Traffic and Transportation team, his role involves the management of traffic, transportation and public realm projects and a technical lead on scheme design. The first half of Joel’s career has been spent at Transport for London designing Mayoral priority schemes and also schemes for external clients such as London boroughs
