Kevin is an accomplished program and project manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering small and major projects throughout the UK, from concept to completion. With extensive experience in both client-side and consultancy roles, he has managed complex, high-value schemes, most recently Active Travel, town regeneration, transport and highway projects.
Kevin has extensive experience working for Local Authorities and has developed strong stakeholder management skills which has been essential in the successful delivery of several major schemes. His understanding of delivering award winning schemes in central London, that support the Mayors and wider Government targets is invaluable. He holds strong relationships with key authorities including TfL and Network Rail, with in depth knowledge of their approvals and working procedures.
As a skilled manager of project teams, Kevin has demonstrated the ability to lead and coordinate external consultants and stakeholders, resulting in increased revenue generation, added value, and greater customer and client satisfaction. His project management expertise has been instrumental in the successful delivery of multiple schemes nationwide.
