Linda Kulahcigil

Linda is a Principal Transport Planner where her role has involved leading and advising on technical transport issues and developing and shaping transport policy on a number of key projects for several London Borough's

Linda has been a transport planner since 2004, during which time she has gained extensive experience on a wide range of projects. She is a capable project manager whose skills have encompassed policy writing, funding bid preparation, commissioning and managing consultants, scheme lobbying and stakeholder consultation. She is highly motivated, hardworking and has specialist knowledge relating to the Transport Industry from a public sector perspective.
