Matthew is the Managing Director of NRP and has been in the role since early 2020. Matthew oversees all business activity and has steered the company through periods of notable growth.
Matthew’s aspiration for NRP is that it truly plays its part in delivering a more sustainable, fairer, and inclusive future for all.
Matthew was formerly Director of Highways & Infrastructure, where he was instrumental in establishing and shaping the division since joining NRP. Matthew has showcased his expertise in projects across the built environment over the last 20 years and now wants to take NRP forward to be a sector leading consultant in the built environment.
Through the development of innovative services, a strong focus on the NRP’s company values and effective collaboration, Matthew believes we can achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients and customers.
Integral to Matthew’s aspiration is that NRP focuses on its people, investing in training and development and building opportunity for all in a truly inclusive company.
