During the early part of her career Ruth produced Transport Assessments and Traffic Plans for both public and private sector clients as well as reviewing such documents on behalf of the Highways Agency. Ruth then moved on to traffic modelling and has worked on many projects for Transport for London (TfL) and the City of Westminster, many of which have included the submission of models under TfL’s Vissim Model Audit Process (VMAP).

In more recent years Ruth has also had an expanding role within the operation of NRP, working on the project finance and management systems, implementing new software and also managing NRP’s Bristol Office.
