With over two decades of industry expertise, Thomas has been a key part of the team at NRP since joining in September 2015. As one of the founding team members behind our Traffic and Transportation Department and Bristol Office, he brings experience in project management, traffic engineering design, and micro-simulation modelling. Directing high-profile projects across public and private sectors, emphasising innovative and practical solutions that go beyond conventional transport objectives to deliver high-quality public realm. His vast experience in traffic modelling software like LinSig, TRANSYT/TranED, and VISSIM reinforces his role as a technical lead in scheme development.

Thomas holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and is a Chartered Member of both the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and the Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation. His extensive understanding of UK traffic design and modelling guidelines such as DfT Design manual for Roads and Bridges, LTN 1/20, and TfL Modelling guidelines, further fortifies NRP’s capabilities in delivering top-notch services.
