Victoria brings over 30 years’ experience in industry and professional services, offering strategic insight, commercial focus, and purpose-led leadership. As our Non-Executive Chair, she supports and challenges the board to deliver strong performance, exceptional client experiences, and a brand we’re proud of.
She is currently completing doctoral research at Cranfield University, exploring how trust drives collaborative B2B relationships in the UK built environment.
Victoria holds an MBA, is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD), and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM). She’s also an ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), and an active member of Chapter Zero, the Institute of Board Members, and the Non-Executive Directors’ Association.
