Norman Rourke Pryme provided project management, contract administration and cost consultancy services in the conversion of offices into four luxury two-bed apartments over single floors and a four bedroom duplex penthouse with stunning views of the Square, Admiralty Arch and The Mall.

Norman Rourke Pryme director Myles Woodley said: We were delighted to be involved with the award winning scheme and the client and design team deserve the praise the judges gave. As the first residence facing the Square, the scheme was ambitious and faced the challenges of converting from office use, ensuring noise reduction and difficult access. We divided the scheme into three phases so work commenced as soon as possible and we ensured continuity of contracts to minimise project duration’.
