Ian Ettridge
Ian is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He became a full equity Partner of Harris Rourke & Simpson in 1992 and was one of the four founding members of NRP. Having completed qualifications in London, Ian set up the Exeter office in 1992.
Ian has a wealth of experience across a diverse mix of construction sectors, most notably in the retail, commercial and residential sectors.
Ian has a hands-on management style which typifies the high levels of director involvement central to our service.
