Niall joined the NRP Exeter team in 2004 bringing with him over 18 years’ post- qualification experience of retail, residential, local authority and commercial schemes. Niall’s experience has enabled norman rourke pryme to expand its project management commissions with registered providers, residential developers and private commercial clients on a national basis.
