norman rourke pryme were appointed for Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultant and CDMC for the project.
The Development comprised the stripping out of existing floor, wall and ceiling finishes, sanitary ware and vanity units and a CAT A refurbishment of 2nd floor offices along with WC’s to match 1st floor refurbishment.
The external terrace was also refurbished with new western red cedar trellis, landscaping, pots, lighting and decking.
