The project comprised of the completion of the design, alteration, adaptation and refurbishment of the existing Maplewood Building to provide Cat A office accommodation, including relocation of existing front entrance to provide a new glazed full height entrance feature, new internal walkways to first and second floors, new office reception and atrium area and associated external works.
