norman rourke pryme were appointed as quantity surveyors on this office refurbishment project in the heart of the City of London. The works comprised the strip out of the existing accommodation,
the infilling of the existing atrium and the provision of new finishes, services (including air conditioning) and toilet provision to all seven stories of the offices. The entrance and reception area were also totally remodelled and refinished to a standard befitting the prestigious location.
