norman rourke pryme were appointed cost consultants and CDM Coordinators for this project comprising the refurbishment of 2 two storey offices and external works.

The existing structure was retained and extended with a new roof structure and external façades, New internal finishes and services were provided to Cat A standard.

The external works were reorganised, existing substation relocated and a new site entrance constructed.
