norman rourke pryme is instructed as Project Manager/Project Co-ordinator for the design development phase of significant commercial redevelopment of a brownfield site at Elwick Road, Ashford, Kent.
The development site is located close to the centre of the historic market town and next to the main high speed line which serves Eurostar.
The project will create a leisure complex which will include a 58 bed hotel, 980 seat multiplex cinema and various restaurants with associated car park facilities.
The commission requires norman rourke pryme to co-ordinate the activities of a large project team, carefully managing information flow through an extranet system
