norman rourke pryme were employed to project manage the relocation of four airlines from Terminal 2 into the new Zone K section of Terminal 1. The work comprises the liaison with each airline’s station manager and the various BAA departmental workstream managers to ensure the smooth transition and integration into their new offices, check-in desks and baggage drop positions whilst maintaining customer trading during the process.
norman rourke pryme were responsible for the relocation of Austrian Airlines, Croatia Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines and SWISS but also co-ordinated works, such as baggage handling, aircraft gate and ramp services, which affected other airlines such as TAP Portugal and Lufthansa.
