norman rourke pryme were employed as Employer’s Agent and cost consultant for the on-site supervision of the project which comprised the development and construction of Freeport’s Central European ‘flagship’ designer retail outlet mall located in Znojmo on the Czech/Austrian border. The project comprised 25,000m2 of net leasable retail space. Following successful liaison with the tenants, norman rourke pryme were subsequently employed to provide services for the fit out of all 60 retail stores.
