Completed over 3 distinct phases, this project has seen the transformation of the 1980s shopping centre into a modern, contemporary state of the art facility.
Works included the replacement of the 500ft long glazed roof-light, with new contemporary finishes and computer controlled lighting. Complete reconstruction of the High Street areas providing a striking new entrance building accommodating two new large retail units for River Island and H&M, set over three
floors. Incorporating new state of the art lighting systems in the entrance malls, the finished contemporary interior complements and contrasts the striking new Regency style, natural stone
façade set within this prominent position on Cheltenham’s High Street.
