NRP were appointed as Project Managers & cost consultants for the project.

The properties were built to Code for Sustainable Homes, level 4, with the emphasis on the external fabric being supplemented by the latest composite technologies.

The site is in a zone 3 flood risk area which required the buildings to be raised off the site level by 1 meter and supported on 15 metre deep piles, with the added necessity of surface water swales around the site and perforated hard landscaping.
