norman rourke pryme were employed on the project which comprised of the repair and reinstatement of building damaged by the Buncefield oil terminal explosion. Following detailed survey works the roof to the warehouse and the external cladding to the offices required full replacement. The works were carefully planned around the tenant, ASOS.com, who continued to trade throughout the reinstatement process requiring significant temporary potential works. The design and build contract was negotiated and costs agreed with insurers as the works proceeded.
